Neubility is planning to launch the world's first food delivery to golf courses using robotic couriers.

Here's What We Know

Neubility will provide its robots to Samsung Welstory, a South Korean catering company. The commercialization of a food delivery service using robotic couriers is planned for October 2022. The company wants to deploy more than 200 of its robots within a year.

The courier is equipped with a V-SLAM camera system, not LiDAR. It allows it to perceive its environment and detect obstacles. The robot uses a proprietary data optimization technology that allows it to function optimally using only one processor.

In 2022, Neubility wants to start using robotic couriers to deliver the last mile. A number of investors are optimistic and have funded the company for $21 million, including investors Shinsegae, Lotte, SK-Telecom and Kakao Investment.
