Without Russia, China, Belarus and North Korea - SpaceX showed a map of Starlink satellite Internet deployment

Last week SpaceX tested Starlink in an airplane over California and in Antarctica. But there are a few countries where satellite Internet is not available, and it appears that it will not appear in the near future.

Here's What We Know

SpaceX has published a coverage map which shows which countries already have Starlink and where it will appear soon. As you can see, Elon Musk's satellite internet is available in the U.S., almost all countries in Europe, Australia and Brazil.

By the end of this year or early next year, residents of Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland will be able to use Starlink services. There is no date yet for Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Ukraine is on the waiting list, as well as half of the eastern United States. In 2023, Satellite Internet will begin to appear in Africa, some Asian countries and Canada.

And those who like to wage wars in the center of Europe will have to do without Starlink. If you believe the map, SpaceX in the short term does not plan to "connect" Russia to the satellite Internet. The same applies to China, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Afghanistan, Cuba and Venezuela. Note that SpaceX does not publish an official list of countries where it does not plan to launch Starlink.
