This is impressive! KARMA: The Dark World, a psychological horror game set in a dystopian setting, has been unveiled trailer
Developers of psychological horror KARMA: The Dark World presented a new trailer of the game, which was announced in 2021.
Here's What We Know
The events of the thriller will unfold in 1984 in East Germany, and if we remember the famous novel by George Orwell, this date is not accidental, because the game is made in dystopian setting, and the new trailer starts with the quote of the cult author: "He who controls the past - he controls the future. And he who controls the present controls the past."
The video shows extremely intriguing and allegorical shots, which are difficult to interpret unambiguously, making the game reminiscent of Hideo Kojima's projects. In addition, as with the Japanese game designer, in KARMA: The Dark World "everything will not be what it seems".
Details of the game are not yet known, but the CEO of Wired Productions praised Pollard's work:
I saw something very special in KARMA: The Dark World. It evokes emotion and encourages players to think, feel and question everything. Pollard Studios wanted to create an intense cinematic experience and I'm glad we could work so closely with them. It's a really exciting game that I can't wait to talk more about.
When We Can Expect It
The release date for KARMA: The Dark World is unknown. The game will be available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
