Two weeks ago we wrote that a mysterious drone resembling the American company Northrop Grumman's X-47B was spotted in China. The other day another stealth drone was spotted in the Celestial Empire.

Here's What We Know

The drone has a "flying wing" aerodynamic design, like the advanced B-21 Raider nuclear bomber, which will be unveiled on December 2. Judging by photos that have appeared on social media, the new Chinese drone will be equipped with a single jet engine. A radar may be located in the nose section.

The pictures don't give a complete picture of the UAV but some features do show. In particular, there is a compartment on the left side of the drone. It can be used for payloads or ammunition. In addition, the drone has a strong looking landing gear and a "put away before flight" inscription. This may tell us that the photo shows not a mock-up, but a working prototype.

According to unconfirmed reports, the drone is a development of Chengdu Aircraft Industry Group (CIAG) manufacturer and appears to have been displayed alongside parent company AVIC's Wing Loong-10 UAV. It is a reconnaissance strike drone, also known as Cloud Shadow.

The photos of the mysterious drone were taken at Zhuhai International Airport, where the China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition will be held from November 8 to 13. It is possible that a full-fledged presentation of the UAV will take place at the event.
