Baykar Makina donated the Bayraktar TB2 UAV to Ukrainian intelligence on Ukraine's Independence Day

Baykar Makina has handed over the Bayraktar TB2 unmanned aerial vehicle to the General Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine.

The information was shared by the representation of the GUR in social networks. The drone was given as a gift for the Independence Day of Ukraine. By the way, this is not the first such gift. On 25 January this year, Baykar Makina also handed over two Bayraktar TB2 drones to the GSD of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

Flashback

Bayraktar TB2 is an attack operational-tactical UAV with an internal combustion engine and a pusher-type propeller. The UAV has up to 4 guided munitions. It is capable of staying in the air for 12 to 24 hours. The maximum flight range is up to 150 kilometres. Ukraine has been actively using Bayraktar TB2 since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion on 24 February 2022.
