The Ukrainian Armed Forces shot down a Russian ZALA drone that was conducting reconnaissance and adjusting strikes by Lancet kamikaze drones

The Ukrainian Defence Forces have managed to land a Russian ZALA drone. The UAV was shot down near Bakhmut, Donetsk Region.

Here's What We Know

The model of the drone is not specified, but it looks like a medium-range ZALA 421-16EM drone. It is a reconnaissance-class UAV that can correct strikes of the Lancet series of kamikaze drones.

The drone was destroyed by electronic warfare units together with air defence forces. Photos of the downed drone were published by the press service of the 22nd separate mechanised brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
