The Republic of Korea has revealed a mysterious stealth drone that looks like the US Northrop Grumman X-47B drone

The Republic of Korea has demonstrated an unidentified unmanned aerial vehicle. The drone will need a runway, but it was transported by a Kia car at the parade. To be more precise, Seoul showed five UAVs at once.

Here's What We Know

We don't know if the drones demonstrated are mockups or working samples. Each drone has covers on the air intakes of the engines at the top of the fuselage and on the Pito tube.

The new development externally resembles Northrop Grumman's X-47B drone (pictured below). The American drone is equipped with wings that fold upwards. In this state, it somewhat resembles Darth Vader's ship.

Note that the Republic of Korea has been working for several years on an unmanned aerial vehicle known as Kaori-X (pictured below). The development is being handled by KAL-ASD, the aerospace division of Korean Air.

The new Korean UAV has an antenna sticking out the front. It is believed that in the future the developers will abandon this solution and replace it with more compact elements to increase stealth.
