Google Pixel 7 Pro shows up on Geekbench with new Tensor G2 chip: SoC gets increased frequency of cores and new GPU
Ahead of Google's presentation on October 6, the Pixel 7 Pro smartphone was spotted in the Geekbench performance test database.

The leak confirms that the flagship will get a new proprietary Tensor G2 chipset. According to the documents, the processor will have the same cores as the 1st generation Tensor: two Cortex-X1 cores, two Cortex-A76 and four Cortex-A55. But they will differ by the increased to 2.85 GHz clock frequency. In addition Tensor G2 will be equipped with a new Mali-G710 graphics accelerator. It is rumored that thanks to it the performance of the chip will be increased by 20%.
In addition to the new SoC, the Pixel 7 Pro will also have a 6.7-inch OLED display at 120 Hz, a triple camera with 50 MP + 13 MP + 48 MP sensors, a 10.87 MP front and a 5000 mAh battery with 25-30W fast charging support. The novelty should cost $800-900.
