This time, the Chinese manufacturer has published a teaser of the Redmi Note 12 Pro. According to the image, it will boast a new MediaTek Dimensity 1080 processor. It will be the first smartphone on the market with such SoC.

MediaTek unveiled the Dimensity 1080 in early October. The chip is built on a 6-nanometer process. It has two ARM Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.6 GHz, six ARM-Cortex A55 cores at up to 2 GHz, a Mali-G68 MC4 GPU and a built-in 5G modem.

By the way, in addition to the Redmi Note 12 Pro, the new MediaTek chip should also get realme 10 Pro. The smartphone will be announced in early November.
