The Chinese company Xiaomi for several years produces laptops, and soon may enter the desktop market.
Here's What We Know
Chinese insiders report that Xiaomi is preparing to present two desktop mini-PCs. One of them will be called Mini Host, but specs have not been clarified yet. It is only known about the possibility of installing two graphics cards and the presence of power supply XM22AL5X power 100W. However, there is no information about whether it will be possible to install a more powerful unit.
With the other computer the situation is quite the opposite. We know the key parameters of the mini-PC, but we don't know what it will be called. The computer will be in a small form factor (SFF) and will get a Ryzen 7 6800U processor with Radeon 680M integrated graphics. RAM capacity is 16 GB and SSD storage capacity is 512 GB. The cost of such model will be $570.
The presentation of both mini-PCs was expected this week along with Xiaomi 13 smartphones and other gadgets. However, the event was postponed until next week. It will be held this coming Thursday, December 8.
