Xiaomi 2020 flagships will get MIUI 14 firmware on Android 13

Xiaomi will not leave without updates at least two flagship smartphones, announced in 2020.

We're talking about the Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro models. They were unveiled in China in February 2020 and debuted in Europe about a month later. Both smartphones are equipped with a Snapdragon 865 processor.

MIUI 14 for the Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro was announced by Zhang Guoquan, head of the division that develops the firmware. The shell is based on the Android 13 operating system. The manager added that older flagships are not the first in line to receive the update.

The release of MIUI 14 for the Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro gives hope that other top 2020 models with the Snapdragon 865 chip will also receive an update. During 2020, the company released 12 smartphones with this processor.
