Snapdragon 870, 120Hz AMOLED display, NFC and up to 512GB of storage - the vivo S16 specifications are known

This week, vivo will unveil three new smartphones at once. Following the vivo S16 Pro, the parameters of the S16 model appeared.

The upcoming novelty will get a mobile chip Snapdragon 870, which everyone may have forgotten about. It is an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 865+ processor, which itself became an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 865.

The vivo S16 will feature a 6.78" Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. Under the screen will be a fingerprint scanner, and in the notch - frontal selfie module at 50 MP, like the Pro version. The main camera will have a resolution of 64 MP + 8 MP + 2 MP.

The smartphone will get a 4,600mAh battery with 66W fast charging, NFC, up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. The vivo S16 will be unveiled on December 22, and the model will go on sale with OriginOS Android 13 firmware.
