More than Pixel 6a: Pixel 7a will get 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM
The other day a video of the yet unannounced Pixel 7a smartphone appeared on the Internet. Now the same insider has shared new details about the device.
Here's What We Know
After the video went viral on the Internet, Google remotely locked the smartphone. But the owner of the device managed to get into the Fastboot Menu. According to the description, the smartphone will get 8 GB of Samsung LPDDR5 RAM. By comparison, the current Pixel 6a model only comes with 6GB of RAM. The Pixel 7a will also have 128GB of storage made by Micron.
Other details have not been leaked, but if we believe the rumors, the smartphone will run the proprietary chip Tensor G2. Also, the novelty will be equipped with a dual camera with a 50 MP main sensor, a 90 Hz OLED panel and a battery with wireless charging support.
When We Can Expect It
There is no date for the announcement of the Pixel 7a yet. Presumably, the smartphone will be unveiled at the Google I/O 2023 conference in late spring.
