Xiaomi to unveil Redmi Note 12T smartphone with Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 and 67W charging

Another smartphone from Chinese company Xiaomi has appeared in the database of Chinese regulator 3C. The model with the number 23049RAD8C will join the Redmi Note 12 range.

Here's What We Know

The last character in the model number means that the smartphone will be released in China, but it is possible that a global version will also appear in the future. The commercial name of the device is not specified. But there are three possible names under which the phone could appear on the market.

According to insider WHYLAB, the smartphone will be called Redmi Note 12T Pro. Equal Leaks reports that we're dealing with the Redmi Note 12T, while Gizmochina believes that our hero will hit the market as the Redmi Note 12 Turbo.

Either way, the model will get a Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 mobile processor, up to 12GB of RAM and a 5,500mAh battery with 67W fast charging. The upcoming new product will come with a 6.67" FHD+ OLED display with 120Hz frame rate and a 50 MP + 8 MP + 2 MP main camera

The Redmi Note 12T (Turbo / Pro) will go on sale with MIUI 14 firmware based on Android 13 operating system. The price and launch date are yet to be specified.
