Rumour: Apple unveils Apple Watch Series X and third-generation Apple Watch SE smartwatch in 2024

According to analyst David Hsieh of research firm Omdia, Apple is working on two new smartwatches.

Here's What We Know

The first will be called the Apple Watch Series X (celebrating a decade of Apple smartwatches). The gadget will hit the market in two versions: the base one will get a 1.89-inch screen, while the top one will get a 2.04-inch screen. By comparison, that's 5% and 10% more than the current Apple Watch Series 8 versions.

The second new model is the Apple Watch SE 3. The device will get the same screen as the Apple Watch Series 8. The gadget will also come in two sizes: 41mm and 45mm.

The Apple Watch SE 3 and Apple Watch Series X are due to show in 2024. As for this year, the Cupertinians are planning to introduce the Apple Watch Series 9. Unfortunately, the watch won't differ much from the current model.
