It has been repeatedly reported on the internet that Apple is going to introduce a branded AR/VR helmet in April 2023. This does not appear to be the case.

Here's What We Know

According to new information from insider and Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman, Apple has delayed the release of the new product until June. That is, the release of the device should be expected at the WWDC 2023 conference. Presumably, this is because the company has not yet been able to solve some software and technical problems with the gadget.

As for the specifications, the Apple AR/VR helmet will get a Sony Micro-OLED screen, a lot of sensors, as well as support for proprietary services Apple TV+ and Apple Arcade. The device will run on xrOS operating system and will cost $2000-3000.
