Rumour: OnePlus foldable smartphone will not be a copy of the OPPO Find N2
In early February, OnePlus announced that it was working on a foldable smartphone. Now the first details about the new product have surfaced online.
Here's What We Know
So, according to Chinese insider Digital Chat Station, the novelty will get a 2K resolution main display. That is, it will not be a copy of the OPPO Find N2, as previously speculated (the smartphone has a 1920×1792p screen). The OnePlus device will look more like Samsung's foldable Galaxy Fold smartphones.
Unfortunately, no other information about the new device has been revealed by the insider. We can only assume that the gadget will also feature a flagship Qualcomm/MediaTek processor and a battery with SuperVOOC proprietary charging support.
When We Can Expect It
The OnePlus foldable smartphone will be unveiled in the third quarter of 2023.
