OnePlus Ace 2V: that will be the name of the new OnePlus smartphone with the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor

OnePlus has published a teaser of the new version of the OnePlus Ace 2 smartphone on the social network Weibo.

According to the manufacturer, the novelty will be called OnePlus Ace 2V. The presentation of the device will take place in early March.

The main difference between OnePlus Ace 2V and OnePlus Ace 2 will be the processor. Instead of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, the smartphone will have a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC. The novelty will also get a 64 MP primary camera instead of Sony's 50 MP IMX355 sensor and a flat display.

As for the other specs, they will remain the same: a 120Hz AMOLED screen, LPDDR5X RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, a 5000mAh battery and 100W charging. The smartphone will cost less than $400.

Incidentally, it is rumoured that the OnePlus Ace 2V will launch globally under the Nord brand.
