OPPO Pad 2 and OnePlus Pad rival: vivo Pad 2 will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor

vivo unveiled its first tablet last year and is now working on its successor.

Supposedly, the new product will be called the vivo Pad 2. According to insider Digital Chat Station, the device will be powered by MediaTek's flagship Dimensity 9000 processor. The chip is built on 4nm TSMC technology. It has one Cortex-X2 core with a maximum clock speed of 3.05GHz, three Cortex-A710 cores at 2.85GHz, four Cortex-A510 cores at 1.8GHz and 10-core Mali-G710 graphics.

Incidentally, the exact same processor has been given to the OnePlus Pad tablet. Also the same SoC will be installed in OPPO Pad 2. Novelties will compete with each other.

Unfortunately, no other details and announcement date for the vivo Pad 2 are yet available. According to rumours, the device could be unveiled in April along with the vivo X Fold 2 and vivo X Flip foldable smartphones.
