It's official: Samsung will unveil Galaxy A34 5G and Galaxy A54 5G smartphones at event on 16 March

After months of rumours and leaks, Samsung has announced a launch date for its new A-series smartphones.

According to the company's official teaser, the devices will be unveiled in India. The event will take place on March 16.

Here's What We Know

There are at least two new products to look forward to at the launch: the Galaxy A34 5G and the Galaxy A54 5G. The Galaxy A34 5G will get a 6.6-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution and a teardrop cutout. The novelty will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 processor paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB ROM. The device will also feature a 48 MP triple main camera, a 13 MP front camera and a 5000 mAh battery with 25W charging support.

The Galaxy A54 will have the same screen but with a 6.4-inch diagonal. The novelty will get a proprietary Exynos 1380 processor, a 50 MP triple camera, a 32 MP main camera and a 5000 mAh battery. The smartphone will hit the market with 8GB RAM and 128/256GB storage.
