It's official: Xiaomi will unveil Redmi Note 12 Turbo with new Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chip on March 28

Xiaomi, after a month of rumours and leaks, has announced the launch date of the new Redmi Note 12 range smartphone.

The gadget will be called Redmi Note 12 Turbo. It will be unveiled at an event in China on March 28. That is next Tuesday. It will be one of the first smartphones on the market, which will be equipped with the new Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 processor. The chip has a maximum clock speed of 2.91GHz, eight cores and a Snapdragon X62 5G modem.

Apart from that, the Redmi Note 12 Turbo will also get LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, triple camera, up to 12GB RAM, up to 512GB ROM and a 5000-5500mAh battery with 67W charging. How much the novelty will cost is unknown.
