Redmi 12 4G with MIUI 14 and 33W fast charging ready to be announced

Xiaomi announced the Redmi 12C smartphone at the end of December 2022. The Chinese company will soon have another model in its Redmi numbered range. It is called the Redmi 12.

The smartphone has appeared in the IMEI and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) databases, hinting at an international debut for the device. Information about the Redmi 12 is almost non-existent. What is known is that the model will get 33W fast charging, MIUI 14 firmware and will remain without 5G support.

The Android operating system version is not specified. The smartphone is expected to feature a 5,000mAh battery, but there is no confirmation on that yet.

The Redmi 12 is expected to sit a notch higher than the Redmi 12C. The December novelty gets a Helio G85 chip, 50MP camera, 6.71" IPS HD+ screen and a 5000mAh battery. The smartphone will cost €150-200 in Europe.
