vivo X100 - Dimensity 9300, LPDDR5T memory, 120W charging and 50MP camera with ZEISS T* optics priced from $550
Along with the vivo X100 Pro, the Chinese company announced a standard model. The key differences between the vivo X100 and the Pro version are the cameras and the price.
Here's What We Know
So, the vivo X100 also got a Dimensity 9300 processor, an OLED display with a frame refresh rate of 1-120Hz, a 32MP selfie camera, stereo speakers, NFC and Android 14 operating system with OriginOS 4 firmware. The body is IP68-rated water-resistant.
The main camera retains ZEISS T* optics and an ultra-wide-angle module based on a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor. The telephoto lens has lost its periscopic optics, and the zoom ratio has been reduced to 3x. But the resolution has increased to 64 MP. The main camera uses a 50 MP Sony IMX920 sensor.
Battery capacity decreased from 5400 mA*h to 5000 mA*h, but the power of fast charging increased from 100W to 120W. In addition, LPDDR5T RAM is now used only in the top modification with 1 TB storage.
Price & When We Can Expect It
vivo X100 will appear on the Chinese market on 21 November 2023. The cost of the smartphone in different modifications is listed below:
- 12/256 GB - $550;
- 16/256 GB - $590;
- 16/512 GB - $630;
- 16/1024 GB (LPDDR5X) - $685;
- 16/1024GB (LPDDR5T) - $700.
