For those who are not in the know
"Pantsir-S1 is a Russian land- and sea-based self-propelled surface-to-air missile and cannon system. It is mounted on a tracked or wheeled chassis. It is operated by two or three operators. Air defense is carried out by automatic cannons and guided missiles with radio-controlled targeting with infrared and radar tracking. The complex is designed to protect small objects from air attack means (manned and unmanned). In addition, the complex can engage lightly armored ground targets, as well as manpower.
