Another American armored vehicle has been spotted in the armament of Ukrainian defenders.
What we know
It is the International MaxxPro. The photo of the vehicle was published by Telegram-channel Horevica. How many such armored vehicles the AFU has is unknown.
For those who do not know
International MaxxPro is an American armored vehicle produced by Navistar International. It was adopted by the U.S. in 2007 for the urgent rearmament of troops in Iraq. The MaxxPro is a replacement of the HMMWV. The vehicle was designed to defend against mines and ambushes. The International MaxxPro's protection meets the U.S. Marine Corps MRAP and U.S. Army MMPV (Medium Mine Protected Vehicle) standards. The MaxxPro is available in seven versions.
