The Ukrainian Armed Forces showed shooting at a tank with a Ukrainian Snipex Alligator rifle from a distance of 2,050 meters

The Armed Forces of Ukraine demonstrated the operation of the Snipex Alligator long-range rifle of Ukrainian manufacture.

The Snipex Alligator is a huge 14.5x114mm rifle with magazine feeding ammunition. The video shows how it was used to defeat a Russian tank. It was fired at the vehicle from a distance of 2,050 meters.

The Snipex Alligator has its disadvantages. First, the length of the rifle is 2 meters. The barrel itself is 120 cm long. Secondly, the long-range rifle weighs 25 kg, so it is not very comfortable to move with it.

Maximum range of the Snipex Alligator is 7 km, and the sighting range is 2 km. Velocity of the bullet reaches 980 m/s. The magazine housing is designed to hold 5 rounds. This rifle is intended to engage vehicles, air defenses, bunkers and "parked" aircraft.
