U.S. announces new $725 million military aid package for Ukraine: what will it include?

U.S. President Joe Biden announced a new military aid package for Ukraine.

Here's What We Know

The amount of the new aid package is $725 million. It will include:

• More than 200 High Mobility Multipurpose Vehicles (HMMWVs);
• 23,000 155mm artillery rounds;
• 500 high-precision 155 mm artillery rounds;
• 5,000 RAAM artillery rounds;
• High-speed HARM anti-radar missiles;
• Additional HIMARS ammunition;
• 5,000 anti-tank weapons;
• Small arms and more than 2,000,000 rounds of small arms ammunition;
• Medical supplies.
