Ukrainians collected more than 152 million UAH for the "Shahed Catcher": Monobank announced the winners of bracelets made of metal from Azovstal with Zaluzhny's autograph
On October 14, volunteer Igor Lachenkov, Monobank and the UNITED24 Foundation announced the collection of funds for the purchase of "Shahed Catcher" - anti-drones systems, which are used by NATO countries. And today the co-founder of Monobank Oleg Gorokhovsky announced the results of the donations.
Here's What It Costs
So, in just a few days, Ukrainians and other nationalities people have donated 152,770,290 UAH. Of these:
- Monobank - 104,628,234 UAH
- Lachenkov bank - 38,465,527 UAH
- contributions of legal persons - 9,676,529 UAH
All collected money will be transferred to the single requisites of the NBU, and then we are waiting for the report from UNITED24 and the Ministry of Defense on the use of funds. Perhaps we will even be shown the results of the Trappers' work.
And now the cherry on the cake: Monobank raffled among the users, who donated money, 1000 bracelets made of metal from the remaining pre-war Azovstal batch with the inscription "Believe in AFU". Some of them were signed by the Commander-in-Chief of the AFU Valery Zaluzhny, and some will be personally presented by soccer player Andriy Shevchenko. The list of winners is HERE.
