Here's What We Know

Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki urgently convened the Council of Ministers' National Security and Defense Committee. However, Polish officials do not confirm that it was Russian missiles that killed the two citizens.

But a high-ranking U.S. intelligence official does. His words are quoted by the Associated Press news agency.

Meanwhile, Poland sent the army and the prosecutor's office to the site of the two missiles' fall. The country's air force planes were put on alert in the sky. In addition, an American Northrop Grumman RQ-4D Phoenix strategic drone was spotted over the city of Rzewusz.
