The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 30 of 35 kamikaze drones overnight

On the night of December 19, the Russian army launched more than three dozen kamikaze drones. Ukraine's air defense shot down more than 85% of the drones.

Here's What We Know

According to the Air Force Command, 35 drones were launched from the eastern coast of the Sea of Azov on the night of December 18-19. 30 Shahed-131/136 drones were destroyed by air defense assets.

20 of the 30 kamikaze drones attacked Kyiv. Air defense forces managed to destroy 15 Iranian-made Shahed-131/136 drones.
