On New Year's Eve, the Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminated hundreds of Russian soldiers with a single blow. The destroyed school in Makiivka was another failure of the occupant's military leadership
On the night of December 31 to January 1, the Armed Forces of Ukraine dealt a devastating blow to the building of School No. 19 in the temporarily occupied city of Makeyevka (Donetsk region).
Here's What We Know
According to available information, there were between 400 and 600 Russian servicemen in the building of the school on New Year's Eve (the exact number is not available).
The death toll runs into the hundreds.
All the military equipment on the territory of the school was destroyed.
Not only the reconnaissance and Ukrainian artillerymen worked perfectly, the Russian military leadership did not let up either. It turns out that in the eleventh month of the war several hundred military and mobilized men were housed not only in one building, but literally "on a powder keg"! There was an ammunition warehouse in the basements of the school, the detonation of which led to such a severe destruction of the building and the death of hundreds of occupants.
