France will hand 12 more Caesar guns to Ukraine

Just yesterday, the Danish Prime Minister confirmed the transfer of 19 Caesar self-propelled artillery units to Ukraine. Today, France also announced its assistance.

According to the French Defence Minister Sebastien Lecornu, Ukraine will receive 12 more Caesar self-propelled artillery units.

Moreover, France will help in training of the Ukrainian military. 150 French specialists will go to Poland and train approximately 600 servicemen a month there.

The defence minister said that France had transferred a total of 18 Caesar units to Ukraine since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion. To date, one howitzer is already out of service and the remaining 17 need routine maintenance.
