Poland to hand Ukraine 200 Rosomak armoured personnel carriers

Ukraine will receive 200 Rosomak armoured personnel carriers from Poland. This information was confirmed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. According to him, Poland will hand over 100 armoured personnel carriers in the nearest future and another 100 a little later.

In addition, Ukraine will receive self-propelled mortars, additional missiles and MiGs. Poland has also fulfilled all the agreements on Leopard tanks - they are already in Ukraine.

Flashback 

The Rosomak is a modern armoured personnel carrier that is a licensed copy of the Finnish Patria AMV and has been produced at the Siemianowice-Sląsk plant since 2005. The APC is equipped with a high-powered 30mm cannon and can shoot at ground targets as well as helicopters. Rosomak has several versions, and it is not yet known which one Ukraine will receive.
