The Washington Post has published a story about the fighting on the frontline in Ukraine. A unique multiple-launch rocket system was captured in the photo. As it turned out, it was called "Cerberus".

Here's What We Know

The launcher is located on the chassis of a civilian pickup truck. It uses 122mm projectiles for firing. What is interesting is that this is ammunition from Pakistan, which was developed for the Soviet BM-21 "Grad" multiple rocket launcher system.

The use of such weapons is not unique. For example, last summer we wrote about a homemade multiple rocket launcher on the chassis of an ordinary Mitsubishi pickup truck. The launcher was also mounted on a Mercedes-Benz Unimog chassis. Moreover, the Ukrainian military once mounted a launcher from a Ka-52 helicopter on a Mitsubishi L200.
