Ukrainian Armed Forces destroy BM-21 Grad missile system and convoy of Russian military equipment with high-precision GMLRS M30A1 rounds
The Ukrainian Defence Forces launched strikes against Russian troops in two sectors of the front. As a result, several pieces of military equipment were hit.
Here's What We Know
In the video below you can see the destruction of part of a convoy of military equipment and the detonation of ammunition. The strike was carried out by the M142 HIMARS or M270 MLRS rocket system. Both use high-precision GMLRS M30A1 projectiles with a maximum launch range of about 80 km.
The second video shows the engagement of BM-21 "Grad" multiple rocket launcher system. Here too, the M142 HIMARS or M270 MLRS with a GMLRS M30A1 \capable projectile containing 180,000 tungsten elements was used.
We would like to add that the Ukrainian Armed Forces received around two dozen M142 HIMARS highly mobile artillery rocket systems. All arrived from the USA.
At the same time, Norway and the UK transferred several M270 MLRS multiple-launch rocket systems to Ukraine. Germany and France provided MARS II and LRU modifications respectively.
