Japanese ground forces will use Finnish Patria AMV XP armored personnel carriers

Japan is not going to just buy a batch of armored personnel carriers, but to produce them under license in the country. The Patria AMV XP will be the replacement of the Type-96 armored personnel carrier, which is currently in service with the Japan Ground Forces. By the way, Japan will become the 9th country to operate the Patria AMV XP APC.
