Polish army receives new batch of Rak 120mm self-propelled mortars
Polish Defence Minister Mariusz Błaszczak has revealed that the Polish army has received a new batch of Rak 120mm self-propelled mortars.

It is a company set. It includes 8 self-propelled mortars and 4 fire control vehicles. By the way, according to the minister, this is the twelfth batch of Rak that the Polish army has received.
Flashback
Rak is a self-propelled mortar made in Poland. It is built on the chassis of the Rosomak BMP. The mortar has a caliber of 120 mm and 46 rounds. The Rak can engage targets at ranges up to 12 km. The rate of fire is claimed to be up to eight rounds per minute. It will take only 30 seconds to deploy the system. By the way, in April Ukraine signed a contract for the supply of such self-propelled mortars.
