Germany has transferred Wisent 1 demining tanks, SurveilSPIRE reconnaissance systems, Vector UAVs to Ukraine and is about to send a new batch of Marder BMPs to Ukraine

Germany continues to help Ukraine's Armed Forces with a new military aid package.

Here's What We Know

According to the government website, the new package includes:

• 2 SAU Zuzana 2 (they were handed over the other day together with Denmark and Norway)
• 2 demining tanks Wisent 1
• 11 mine ploughs for T-72 tanks
• 5 SurveilSPIRE reconnaissance systems
• 9 border protection vehicles
• 3 Vector reconnaissance UAVs.

In addition, Germany announced the delivery of a new batch of Marder infantry fighting vehicles. We are talking about 40 vehicles. Now the AFU has 20 such BMPs in service.
