The United States of America has announced that it is allocating a new military aid package for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The information was shared by Voice of America journalist Ostap Yarysh. The new aid package is worth $300m. It includes 155 mm shells, including cluster munitions, 105 mm shells, missiles for air defence systems, AT-4 anti-tank systems, additional small arms ammunition, explosive ammunition, spare parts and other equipment.
In addition, the U.S. is transferring ammunition for HIMARS multiple rocket launchers to the AFU. The White House did not say which ones, but according to Politico, they are long-range ATACMS missiles with an APAM cluster and a range of up to 165 kilometres.
All weapons will be transferred from the US stockpile. That is, the deliveries will begin in the near future.
