On March 21, Ukrainian Defence Minister Rustem Umerov met with his Estonian counterpart Hanno Pevkur in Kyiv, where it was announced that Estonia had allocated a new aid package worth $20 million.

The package includes windless anti-tank guns, explosives, various types of artillery ammunition, gas masks, sniper equipment, and smaller calibre ammunition.

The aid package also includes 155-mm artillery shells, which is an additional contribution from Estonia to the European Union's one million shells initiative for Ukraine.
