Starfield's design director and lead quest designer for the space RPG Will Shen has left Bethesda, but he's not out of a job
Bethesda is undergoing some major personnel changes.
Yesterday we reported about the departure of vice-president and head of the publishing department Pete Hines, who worked at Bethesda for 24 years.
Today it became known that another valuable employee left the company.

On his Linkedin page, Starfield's design director and lead quest designer Will Shen announced that he has joined the Something Weird Games team.
At Bethesda Will Shen worked on Starfield, was the lead designer of allout 4: Far Harbor, worked on Fallout 76, Fallout 4 and Skyrim quests.
The reasons for Shen's departure from Bethesda have not been announced. He is enthusiastic and excited to join Something Weird Games to work on Wyrdsong, an ambitious role-playing game that combines dark fantasy elements with myths and legends of ancient peoples.
Something Weird Games employs experienced game designers, including veterans from Bethesda, BioWare and Obsidian.
