The release of Senua's Saga: Hellblade II will be released "later" in 2024, says Xbox's head of content and studios
In 2017, Ninja Theory managed to win over its audience with the release of Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice, which collected positive reviews and offered an unusual experience to players. Already in 2019, the studio announced Hellblade 2. Over the years, there has been little information about the game, but there is a possibility that it will be released next year.
Here's What We Know
During the podcast The Fourth Curtain, Matt Booty, Head of Content and Studios at Xbox, said that the release of Senua's Saga: Hellblade II will be released "later" in 2024.
Xbox has a goal to release a new game every three months to give fans at least 4 games a year. Matt reminded us that in 2024, we will have Ara: History Untold and Towerborne. He also mentioned that the company has Hellblade 2, which will be released "later".
It's also worth remembering that Xbox is preparing to release Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and Avowed, so Senua's Saga should be somewhere between all these projects: Hellblade II.
In September 2023, Ninja Theory already announced that Hellblade 2 was fully playable, so we should really expect the release in 2024.
Senua's Saga: Hellblade II will be available on PC, Xbox Series, and Game Pass.
