Microsoft seems to be preparing to launch new hardware. According to Xbox News for Koreans, the new Xbox development kit has been certified by South Korea's National Radio Research Agency, allowing its use in the country.

Here's What We Know

A certificate dated 18 March 2024 was spotted on the website of the National Radio Research Agency. The product in question is identified as an "XDK Console" from Microsoft, where XDK is the Xbox Development Kit used by game development studios.

Although there is little specific information about the DevKit, given the typical development cycle for game consoles, it is likely a mid-generation update for the Xbox X/S series hardware rather than a completely new console.

Earlier this year, Microsoft confirmed that it is continuing to work on the next generation of Xbox and expects the new hardware to be unveiled later this year.
