Repair at the price of a budget smartphone: how much will it cost to replace parts Xiaomi 14 Ultra Titanium Edition?
In February, along with the Xiaomi 14 Ultra flagship, the Chinese manufacturer unveiled its special version Xiaomi 14 Ultra Titanium Edition using grade 5 titanium, just like the iPhone. It looks expensive, costs a lot and as it turns out, it's going to be expensive to repair too.
Here's What It Costs
Xiaomi itself has named the cost of replacing parts of the smartphone that are relevant to China. The most expensive component of the gadget is the motherboard, the replacement of which will cost $426. The replacement of a cracked screen is cheaper - $238. Although, for comparison, the display of a regular Xiaomi 14 Ultra costs $190.
Here's the full list of component costs:
- motherboard - $426
- add-on board - $7
- display - $238
- front camera - $8
- ultra wide-angle camera lens - $68
- wide-angle camera lens - $139

- back panel - $40.
It's worth emphasising that this is just the cost of the parts themselves, not including the cost of labour.
