Xiaomi unveils CIVI 2 Hello Kitty smartphone for Valentine's Day

Xiaomi is preparing a new smartphone for February 14. To be precise, the model was announced last year, but for Valentine's Day it will appear in a new version.

Here's What We Know

We're talking about the Xiaomi CIVI 2 smartphone, which was unveiled at the end of September 2022. It features a 120Hz AMOLED display, a dual 32 MP + 32 MP front camera and a 50 MP + 50 MP + 2 MP primary camera.

The smartphone comes with a 4,500mAh battery with 67W charging, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and MIUI 13 powered by Android 12. At the heart of the Xiaomi CIVI 2 is the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset, made using 4nm technology.

We don't have any information about the festive version of the smartphone yet, but we do know that it will be sold in a red box. The company has confirmed this by publishing an official teaser. You can spot the Hello Kitty character in the image. There is a corresponding inscription on the box.

Expect the new Xiaomi CIVI 2 to get an extended package and stylised theme. The price is unknown. The original model appeared on the market at a price of $355-410.
