Xiaomi CIVI 2: AMOLED display at 120 Hz, Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chip, 32 MP dual front camera and cutout like iPhone 14 Pro for $355
Xiaomi company held an event in China, where it announced a new youth smartphone CIVI 2.
Here's What We Know
The novelty is equipped with a 6.55-inch screen with FHD+ resolution, AMOLED matrix, rounded edges and refresh rate of 120 Hz. The display got 10-bit color support, Dolby Vision, a built-in fingerprint scanner and an elongated aperture like the iPhone 14 Pro. It has housed a dual front-facing camera with 32 MP sensors each. One sensor is standard, and the other - with a viewing angle of 100 degrees. The main camera in the device is a triple 50 MP (Sony IMX766) + 20 MP (wide-angle lens at 115 degrees) + 2 MP (macro).
Xiaomi CIVI 2 runs on the new Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor paired with 8/12 GB of RAM LPDDR4X and 128/256 GB of storage (UFS 2.2). The novelty has a slot for two nano SIM, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, USB-C charging port, NFC-module and support for fifth generation network (5G). The smartphone is powered by a 4,500 mAh battery. It supports fast charging at 67W.
Price & When We Can Expect It
Xiaomi CIVI 2 has already started selling, but so far only in China. The smartphone costs from $355.
