Google released Android 13 Beta 2: which smartphones were the first to receive the update
Yesterday, Google opened the I/O 2022 developer conference, where it introduced a smartphone Pixel 6a, fully wireless headphones Pixel Buds Pro, showed branded smart watch Pixel Watch and announced Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. In addition, the company revealed details about Android 13 and released the Android 13 Beta 2 update.
Who can upgrade?
Of course, by tradition, all updates are available to Google Pixel branded smartphones. If you want to register your Pixel for the Android beta program, just go to link for a list of supported devices.
Also, the beta version is already available for users of other manufacturers. These are Asus (for Zenfone 8), Lenovo (for Tab P12 Pro), Nokia (not released yet), OnePlus (for 10 Pro), Oppo and Realme (for Find X5 Pro and GT2 Pro), Sharp (for Aquos sense6), Tecno (for Camon 19 Pro 5G), vivo (for X80 Pro), Xiaomi (for 12, 12 Pro and Pad 5) and ZTE (for Axon 40 Ultra).
What's new?
Android 13 has updated the design, which will match the colors of the interface with the desktop wallpaper. There's a media control that adjusts the look based on the music you're listening to and displays album art.
There's also the ability to change the language used for different apps, and more control over the files your apps can access. Another new feature is earthquake warnings.
