Two European countries handed over a dozen German PzH 2000 artillery mounts to Ukraine
Ukraine received 12 Panzerhaubitzen 2000 self-propelled artillery mounts.
What is known
The Armed Forces of Ukraine received the promised dozen self-propelled guns from Germany and the Netherlands. This was announced by German Defense Minister Christina Lambrecht. At the same time, ready-made crews arrived in Ukraine along with artillery mounts.
Recall earlier about the transfer of PzH 2000 declared Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov. On the eve of the editor of "ArmiyaInform" Sergei Misyura said that self-propelled artillery installations have already managed to work out on the positions of the Russians.
Recall that the Panzerhaubitzen 2000 is one of the most advanced howitzers in the world. It has an automatic loading system and a high level of automation. The self-propelled gun is equipped with a 155 mm L52 cannon. Barrel length - 52 caliber. The firing range of an active-rocket projectile reaches 67 km. Also in the PzH 2000 arsenal there are 7.62 mm MG3 machine guns.
