The Ukrainian army began to use the unique BMP-1TS and BTR-4MV1 in battles

The Armed Forces of Ukraine use unique Ukrainian-made combat vehicles in battles with Russian invaders.

What is known

BMP-1TS (pictured above) and BTR-4MV1 were spotted on the front lines. The first was modified by Techimpex. The infantry fighting vehicle is equipped with a UTD-20 diesel engine and boasts third level protection STANAG 4569. It involves bulletproof, anti-fragmentation and mine protection.

The BMP-1TS uses the Spis combat module with a 30 mm ZTM-1 (2A72) cannon. Also, the infantry fighting vehicle is equipped with a 7.62-mm PKT machine gun and a KBA-117 (AGS-17) grenade launcher of 30 mm caliber. If necessary, you can install the anti-tank complex "Barrier".

The BTR-4MB1 was developed by the Kharkov Design Bureau of Mechanical Engineering. It is a modification of the BTR-4 armored personnel carrier and is focused on transporting fighters and providing fire support. The BTR-4MV1 is distinguished by more reliable protection due to the ability to quickly change the elements of the upper layer of armor in the field.
