There are no jokes or errors in the headline, but this information has not yet been officially confirmed by government officials.
What we know
Such a proposal of the German government was reported by Roderich Kiesewetter, an MP from the Christian Democratic Union, a party that is in opposition to the current government. According to him, Germany wants to transfer to Ukraine two dozen tanks Leopard 2. However, deliveries will not start until next year.
According to the MP, German authorities want to supply Ukraine with one tank every month from April to September 2023 inclusive. Starting from October 2023, Germany will supply our country with three tanks every month. To compare, Poland sent 300 T-72 tanks to Ukraine in two months.
